Feeder is simply as described. Perfect. It arrives all mounted, all you need to do is to unscrew the holder, find the best place on the cage and screw. Also takes some unscrewing/screwing of the “door” to adjust the amount of food falling. Advise, middle term is always a good thing 😉 The package was a bit poor but correct, bubbles plastic and black plastic envelope. Content is safe enough. A BIG BIG con was the smell of the envelope; it had horrible smell, and I mean horrible organic bad smell. It feels like whether somebody did vomit over the hole thing, whether the plastics had been picked from garbage container… HORRIBLE. Cover was even a bit humid on some places; please try to control this. I washed the feeders, which were not smelly, problem was the envelope. All that said I’m very happy with the product, saves you lots of food, because not only the dirts go down to the box, also lots of food. I would advise anyone who keeps birds to buy this.
