The parcel came very quickly, the store packed the goods well, but it was still damaged on the road. Wrote to the seller, he quickly answered and offered me to return the money or send a new product. I asked to send a new part that broke down on the road, the next day i received a new track with the re-product. I hope i get it whole and unharmed and change broken plastic. The seller is honest, responds to messages. The bowl itself is super comfortable, put it and immediately stopped falling food around and water lasts for two days in the bottle.

The bowl was 3 weeks before irkutsk. Tracked all the way. Fully corresponds to the description and the presented photo. The bowl was packed enough, but the package was slightly cut, although there are no defects on the bowl. Apparently, during transportation it turned out so. The store sent the goods quickly. I think i’ll order something else for the cat.)
